SHIPPING AND RETURNS
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Prints are despatched within 2 days using Royal Mail Signed For services. Our award-winning photo and fine-art printers, theprintspace, take great care in packaging your artwork.
When placing an order please ensure that your delivery address is correct. If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, there will unfortunately be an additional reshipping charge.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Every order comes with a money-back guarantee. If you are not happy for any reason, you may return the print within 14 calendar days of delivery and receive a full refund. Unfortunately, after 14 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your print must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Any print that has been damaged after delivery, or is not in its original condition for any other reason, cannot be returned.

Damage and other issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the print is damaged or defective, or if you have received the wrong print, so that we can investigate the issue and correct it.
Standard option return postal delivery charges for damaged, defective or incorrect orders will be refunded.
Refunds
When we receive your returned print, we will inspect it and send you an email to notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method automatically. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Cancellations
Cancellations of orders cannot be accepted once your prints have been printed and shipped.
